My name is Mrs. Jeni
Goode and I will be your child’s teacher for the 2018-19 school year.
I grew up in St. Louis going to St. Joseph's Academy for high school. At the University of Missouri-Columbia, I earned a Bachelor's in Elementary Education and then was employed by the Jefferson City Public Schools.
Since moving back to St. Louis, I’ve earned a Master's in Reading from Webster University and a Specialist degree from Lindenwood University in Teacher Leadership-Literacy. This is my thirteenth year at Captain Elementary, and my twentieth year of teaching.
I am married and have two children who are at Clayton High School. Alex is a senior and Carolyn is a sophomore. We have a family dog, Rosie. She is a small, white fluffy, Shih-tzu/Bichon Frise mix.
